Shirley Perl Bloom

Shirley Perl Bloom passed away on June 7, 2026 in Troutdale, Oregon at the age of 88.She was born on July 22,1937 in Medford, Oregon to Perl and Birdie Bateman. Shirley attended Grant High School. Shirley married Oscar Bloom on December 29, 1953.In 1984 Shirley and Oscar started United Pipe Bending & Fabrication Inc., which is still in operation today. Shirley enjoyed her family, friends, pets, dancing, fishing, hunting, cars, roses, Mexican food, Cheeto's, home decorating, coloring, puzzles, the color yellow, wolves, pigs, laughter, hugs, sunshine, John Wayne movies... She loved life!Shirley is survived by her two daughters, Wendy and her husband Dave Hamilton and Pam and her husband John GustafsonGrandchildren Jason Hamilton and his wife Beth, Michelle Eaton and her husband Paul, Ryan Hamilton and Shelly GustafsonGreat grandchildren Allie, Carter, Adelyn, Emery, Clara, Mason & Sawyer, Brothers Larry Bateman and Tom Bateman And her beloved little dog Tanny.A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. Gresham, Oregon
