Simon Franco passed on April 16, 2026, at the age of 86, and was a resident of El Paso, Texas.
Simon is survived by his daughter's Mary Ann Franco (David Harrison) and Mary Lou Rollo (Joseph) and his grandchildren Brianna J. Franco, Joseph Rollo, Isabella Rollo and Gabriella Franco; his sisters Juana Flores, Tita Gonzalez, Estefana Paz, Petra Sierra, and Sukie Franco.
Simon was preceded in death by his son Richard Franco and by his wife Julia Alma Franco; his parents Blas and Berta Franco; his brothers Kiki and Jack Franco.
Visitation will be held at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936, on April 21, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with the Rosary at 7:00 pm
Mass will be held at St Francis Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church, 12200 Vista Del Sol Dr., El Paso, Texas, US, on April 24, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Committal Service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79907, on April 24, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
