Stephanie Marie Ruiz

Stephanie Marie Ruiz, 43, passed away on May 7th 2026. In just a short amount of time she managed to spread endless amounts of love and compassion to everyone around her.

She was born on March 17th, 1983 to parents Elben and Rosario Ruiz in Cumberland North Carolina, raised in Brooklyn New York. She was destined to be a lucky charm. Her smile radiated in every room she walked into, her laughter was contagious, her love and warmth could turn any bad day around.

She went on to have three beautiful children who she raised to the best of her ability, always showing up and taking care of things even when she was struggling with her illnesses and disabilities. She was a super mom. Her legacy will live on through her children.

May we all remember her as the woman who tried her best to make everyone feel included, someone who would sit and listen to your life story with no judgment, the silliest person to walk the earth, the most loving soul, and lastly when you think of her think of those beautiful dimples showing as she smiles, watching over you.

Stephanie is survived by her parents Rosario and Elben Ruiz, Children Kayla (24), Christopher (21), Matthew (17) and her dog Anakin whom she loved very much.

Visitation will be held at KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036, US, on May 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The prayer service will take place 6:00 PM.

A private cremation will follow.
