He was the husband of Ms. Line Tremblay, father of Alexandre (Marie-Ève Gagnon) and Olivier (Marie-Pier Guay), and grandfather of Ludovic, Rose, Marilou, Élodie, and Alice. He was brother to Hervé (Chantale Fortin), Donald, and Barbara (Louis Lapointe). He was also brother-in-law to feu Georges Tremblay, feu Jean Tremblay, and Carl Tremblay.
