Unexpectedly on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Fred Cleman. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Nancy; Linda and Desmond. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Pauline and David Gertler, Jane and Coleman Gertler, Naomi and Abe Gertler, Anna and Menard Gertler; and Fred’s siblings and their spouses Goldie and Stan Unger, Gershon Stern. Dear sister-in-law of Merle Stern. Special aunt to her many nieces and nephews and their families. She will be lovingly remembered by Ruth, Marilyn, Bernice, and Dinah, and by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to acknowledge Drs. Jean-Lucien Rouleau, Pnina Wasser, Myron Stein, Molly Warner and Mélanie Aubé-Peterkin for their many years of devotion, care and compassion. Special thanks to Nilde and Mila.
