Wayne A. Gunter, age 79, passed away August 8, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents James and AnnaBelle Gunter. Mr. Gunter is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sarah Gunter, 4 daughters Lisa (David) Ellis, Teresa (Bryon) McCool, Delores (Cleve) Smith, Sandra (William) Jackson, 1 son Bill (Kelly) Smith, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, 1 sister Annette Ferguson, and 2 brothers Mike (Angie) Gunter and Jerald (Katie) Gunter. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home.
