William R. Stanton passed away peacefully August 22, 2026, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 37 years to Joyce (nee DiLello); the devoted father of Laura Howard (remembering her late husband, John) and Patricia Painting (Drew); and the cherished grandfather of Matthew Delaney, Emma, Heather, Nick Paluch, Laurie, Nolan, and Harper. His memory lives on through his great-grandchildren Grace, Caroline, Luke, Noelle, and Claire, as well as the late Henry, who remains forever in our hearts. William is now reunited with his brothers James and Daniel and his parents, Daniel and Margaret. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
