It is with profound sadness that the family of Anne Ortenberg announces her sudden passing on Monday, July 20th at the age of seventy-one. Treasured sister and sister-in-law of Joseph and Karen, June and Carl Frymel, Edward and Marcy. Devoted daughter of the late Florence and the late Archie Ortenberg. Loving and caring aunt of Carol and Terry, Robin and Andrew; Margot, Deanna and Eden; Jill and Chris, and Allie. Proud great aunt of Ben and Sascha. Anne was an exceptional friend to many.
She lived her life with kindness, principle and determination, always guided by an abundance of love for family and friends. Heartfelt gratitude to Drs. Ilan Benjamin, Tim Meagher and Ron Olivenstein for many years of exceptional care. Special thanks to her circle of wonderful caregivers and to the staff of the CCU, Royal Victoria Hospital.
