Jo Ann Barlow passed on September 7, 2026, surrounded by family, at the age of 85. Jo Ann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved going to the mountains and camping.
Preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Margaret Weems; and husband, Marvin Ray Barlow Sr.She is survived by her sons, Marvin Barlow (Kathy) and James Barlow (Dana); daughter, Pamela Roarke; grandchildren, Brittany Metcalf (Chris), Courtney Brackins (Thomas), Jessica Barlow, Daniel Barlow, Jamie Hodge, Tabitha Roarke; several great grandchildren; sisters, Judy Hodges (Sammy), Claudia Lusby Ash, Andrea Sturgill; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet at 2:45 PM on Thursday, September 10th at Pollard Cemetery in Kodak, TN, for a 3:00 PM graveside service, Brother Stephen Gregory officiating.
