Joan Mills (nee Sterling)

Joan Mills (Sterling) passed away peacefully at the age of 92 at Hotel Dieu in the palliative care unit. Daughter of the late Marjorie Jean Logie and the late Roswell Hilton Sterling.Native to Lennoxville and long-time resident of North Hatley.She was predeceased by husband Douglas, son Sterling and daughter Nancy.She leaves to mourn her daughter-in-law, Judy; grandchildren: Justin (Alita), Ashley (Colter) and Robert; great grandchildren: Alyssa, Tristin, Orion and Lyra along with many relatives and friends.Resting at Cass funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Thursday, June 25 as of 9:30 a.m. with a Celebration of Life ceremony at 10:15 a.m. Burial to follow in the Reedsville Cemetery, North Hatley.As memorial tributes, donations to the Lennoxville United Church or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.http://www.lennoxvilleunitedchurch.com/ https://cancer.ca/en/
