Sandra Jean Bay

Sandra Jean Kincaid Bay, 86, of Columbus, Indiana, passed away on June 29, 2026.She was born on May 28, 1940, in Franklin, Indiana, to Jasper Kincaid and Martha Jean Williams, who preceded her in death. Sandra married Wendell Bay on November 18, 1960. He preceded her in death in 1998.She is survived by her children, Fred Bay (Tammy) of Springville, Indiana; Joe Bay (Dawn) of Pittsboro, North Carolina; Bev Roberts (Mike) of Nashville, Indiana; and Melissa Duncan (Larry) of Nashville, Indiana; along with 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Sandra will be remembered for her faith in God, her quick wit, her love of music, and her love of singing.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3. Family and friends may visit beginning at 12:00 noon, with open visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
