Surrounded by her loved ones, Tanya Mayo passed at the age of 60 on October 20th, 2026. She was the beloved wife of David Perry.
Tanya leaves behind her children Caitlyn (Danny), Nicole (Chris), her granddaughter Lyra, her mother Crystal (the late Russel), her sister Vanessa (Sylvain), her niece Shawnee (Kent), her nephew Tyler (Jessica), and her great nieces and nephews Skarlett, Kaisley, Ransom, Kanan, Hailey, Leah, and Julia, as well as her many aunts and cousins and friends. She joins her grandmother Paddy, her father Russel, and many other cherished relatives in the Sky World.
Tanya dedicated her life to her family and friends. She will be remembered always for the love and light she brought to every life she touched.
She was entrusted to Poissant and Deer Funeral Home in Kahnawake.
Family and friends will be received at the Kahnawake funeral parlor on Monday, October 26th, beginning at 5:00pm, until Wednesday, October 28th. She then be transported to the St. Francis-Xavier Mission Church for her funeral at 2:00pm.
