Uriel Thomas Finnell passed on June 5, 2026, at the age of 90, having been born on April 1, 1936, in Versailles, Kentucky and residing in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
Uriel proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1962. After his service to his country, Uriel began a 40 year career in the trucking industry. He was also a devoted member of Olive Branch Methodist Church.
Uriel married the love of his life Barbara May Doughty in 1959 and they were married 67 wonderful years before her passing.
Left to cherish Uriel's memory are his three sons Mike, Danny, and Chip; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and his 3 sisters.
A Celebration of Life will take place June 20th, 2026 from 12-3pm at Hi Point Community Center 800 Lakeview Drive Shelbyville, Kentucky 40065.
