With heavy hearts we announce that Bill passed away peacefully in the care of the Lachute Residence angels.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the nursing home for the loving, caring, and devoted care they provided to their dear father, whom they will miss dearly.
Bill is survived by his wife, Clarice Ruth Mason Muir; his children and their spouses: Garth (Theresa), Debbie, Cathy (Jimmy), and Doug (Nenette); his grandchildren: Cameron (Stephanie), Matthew, Brandon, Malcolm, Emily, and Jeorge; and his great-grandchildren Blair and Ada.
The burial will take place in a private family ceremony at the Protestant cemetery in Lachute at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Lachute Residence.
